Fitspo of the Day: Amanda Seyfried ♥
She eats a lot of healthy raw foods and isn’t afraid to treat herself. She keeps her curvy and fit body in shape by jogging, walking her dog Finn, Pilates, as well as an intense 25 minute workout with her trainer Harley Pasternak.

Went for my first run yesterday afternoon since I was sick, made it further than I did the last time I ran along the footpath at home. Felt amazing! Usually my legs are really lethargic but since I’ve been skipping/doing squat jumps they have become so strong. It was breathing that I was really struggling with - worst feeling! Damn that bronchitis I had a few years back!
Off to sleep for another run in the morning :)

I have been SOOO negative these past few days and I want it to STOP! I have started reading Louise L. Hay’s book You Can Heal Your Life again to try and change my mindset.
I have been skipping workouts, eating the most random things that I don’t even like and just generally having negative self talk. I am NEVER like this and will make it stop - I’m just struggling atm.
I have a plan of attack though so I will keep you all updated!
In the mean time, have any of you ever packed up what little belongings you have and travel to the other side of the world to live? I will be doing so in 4 weeks and may need some support ha! Anyone out there?
I need to get someone to take over my phone plan before I leave for Lodon. Obviously this only applies to people from Australia.
I’m also selling a heap of my clothes on my facebook page here so feel free to message me about either items.
